Hello! My name is Phoebe Biangco--owner and founder of PHOBIA Clo.

Ever since I was young I remember dreaming of starting my own business and combined with my love for fashion, clothes & Disney, this brand came about & I officially launched in October 2020.

You might be wondering what "PHOBIA" means. "PHO" are the first 3 letters of my first name and "BIA" are the first 3 letters of my last name. Most people associate the word "phobia" with fear and being afraid, but my brand's message is to encourage people to step out and be who you were created to be--created for GREATNESS.
